Shipping & Returns

Make your return within 15 days from the day you received your order under the terms and conditions provided by the provisions of law 2251/1994 on consumer protection. The products to be replaced must be in the condition they were received, complete and without damage and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product, in excellent condition, with the special markings (cards) and the proof of purchase. According to the article 5 par.10 of law 2251/1994, the product must not have been used. Changes in discount products or in a discount period will be made by product replacement after consultation with the company and if possible. IN CASE OF RETURN YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY:

Make a change with the same or another / other product / products, through our online store.
Make your change in the e-shop once you have made your initial purchase from there. You can send your parcel back with any shipping you want as the Shipping charge is yours. Your package inside should contain:

a. the product you return

b. your receipt

In order to commit / reserve the product with which you wish to make the change, you will have to place a new order. You can request its replacement with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or with an additional price if you wish. Finally, you must inform us about the courier you want, as the shipping cost belongs to you.

Refunds are not accepted.

In the event that a defect is found in the returned product, the company must contact the consumer to resolve the issue. The products to return to the e-shop must be sent to the address of our company ie.
